Winning Ticket Holder will receive the financial benefits of 25% Ownership without risk for a year, At the end of 2017 the Winning Ticket Holder will assume regular 25% Ownership Expenditures. The Winning Ticket Holder has the right to sell or lease their 25% Ownership Share at any time with First Right of Refusal given to Eastern Equine Centre.
